How do I place an order?

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Bangladesh. However, customers must pay the delivery charge upfront. The remaining amount is payable upon receiving the product.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
• Cash on Delivery (COD) (Delivery charge must be paid first)
• Visa, and Debit cards
• Online payments(Bkash,Nagad,Rocket) via secure payment gateways
Can I order from outside Bangladesh?
Currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh. International shipping options may be available in the future.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
• Inside Dhaka: 24-48 hours
• Outside Dhaka:48-72 hours
How do I track my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a tracking code via SMS from the courier service on your provided phone number. Use this code to track your order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not been dispatched, you may request a shipping address change. Once dispatched, modifications are not possible.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
No, we do not offer warehouse pickups. All orders are delivered through our designated courier service to ensure a smooth and secure delivery process.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. However, we have an exchange-only policy for manufacturing defects.
How does the exchange process work?
• Inspect the product in front of the delivery person.
• If a defect is found, report it immediately.
• Return the defective product with the delivery person (return delivery charge applies).
• After verification, we will send a replacement of the same design and fabric at no additional cost.
What if I receive the wrong product?
• If you receive an incorrect item, do not accept it.
• Inform the delivery person immediately and return the product.
• We will send the correct item after verification.
What if I find a defect after the delivery person leaves?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange requests once the delivery is completed. All defects must be reported at the time of delivery.
Do you offer size exchanges?
No, we do not provide exchanges for size-related issues. Please refer to our size guide before placing an order.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
• Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Can I change or cancel my order after making a payment?
• If your order has not been dispatched, you may cancel it.
• For online payments, refunds will be processed after deducting transaction charges.
Why was my order canceled?
Your order may be canceled due to:
• The item being out of stock
• Unsuccessful payment
• Delivery failure
• Remote location restrictions
Product & Warranty
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a warranty on the product mechanism (if applicable), but not on material, color, or outer layers. Warranty details are mentioned on the product description page.
Will I receive the exact product as shown in the picture?
Yes, our product photos are taken in high resolution to ensure accuracy. The delivered product will match the images displayed on our website.But there’s a change of slight difference between the product you received and the product shown in the website because of your device’s display category.
What happens if an item is damaged upon delivery?
• If you receive a damaged item, we will exchange it as soon as possible.
• Report the issue immediately to our support team.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
