At LUXE MEN, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. To ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience, we offer an exchange-only policy under strict conditions. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Eligibility
• We do not offer refunds; however, customers can exchange their product for the same design and fabric if a defect or fault is found.
• The customer must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
• Only manufacturing defects or damages will be considered for an exchange. Size issues, color variations due to screen differences, or change of mind will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
1. Immediate Inspection Required
• Upon receiving the product, the customer must inspect it in front of the delivery person.
• If any defect is found, the issue must be reported immediately to the delivery person.
2. Returning the Product
• The defective product must be handed back to the same delivery person on the spot.
• The customer is responsible for the return delivery charge, which must be paid at the time of return.
3. Receiving the Exchanged Product
• Once we receive and verify the defect, we will send a replacement of the same design and fabric.
• The exchange product will be delivered free of charge.
Non-Eligibility for Exchange
• If the customer accepts the product and the delivery person leaves, no exchange will be entertained.
• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for an exchange.
• Any claims made after the delivery person has left will be automatically rejected.
Final Decision
LUXEMEN reserves the right to deny an exchange request if the reported defect does not match our quality check. Our decision on exchange eligibility is final.
